Injection pressure adjustment

How to adjust injection pressure of injector

1. Discharge spare parts of injector such as bush, and clean them by clear oil.

2. Load our nozzle, and test the pressure of oil injection in test bench, write down the pressure data.

3. if the pressure not accepted, then discharge the bush again, change the pressure gasket

4. if pressure gasket is up( or reduce ) 0.01, then the pressure will be up ( or reduce) 5Kgf(0.5MP)

for example, if change the pressure from 210Kgf into 260Kgf, you need to increase the pressure gasket in thickness 0.1
