How to calibrate fuel injection pump & control oil

1. Single cylinder

In oil pump, Pull the tip of fuel injection pipe out the nozzle( injector), loosen the tip of pipe in pump, then make the tip up straigthly, wrest another tip in oil pump, the pipe can exhaust air.  next, left hand hold it to reduce the pressure, right hand rotate fly wheel clockwise by slowly. look the pipe, stop the fly wheel immediately once the oil flow out a little, now attention the  degree of same calibration tail for fly weel and water tank, it should be around 15 degrees. Oil is out in early if it’s over 15 degrees, on the contrary, oil is out in late if it’s under 15 degree. Pls add one more pcs oil pump gasket if it’s over 15 degrees, reduce oil pump gasket if it’s under 15 degree. 

2. Multiple cylinder

In the oil pump, pull fuel injection pipe out the nozzle(injector). one person rotate the belt pulley slowly which is front of crankshaft, another one pay attention to the entrance of oil, stop the belt pulley immediately once is oil flow out, now look the degree of same calibration tail for belt pulley and the timing case, it should be around 15 degree. First, loosen the 3 screw of oil pump, pls pull oil pump outside of machine if it’s over 15 degree, pls pull pump inside of machine if it’s under 15 degree. Pls note this kind of  adjustment is available to the machine which the oil pump locates in the left. 

If the oil pump locates in the right, the adjustment is on the contrary.
